pva chamois towel Skin allergies

Do you know why somebody Skin allergies after used the pva chamois towel?

because the pva chamois towel use for car care cleaning cloth, because of it super Absorbent. it can dry water very soon, and hold water no drip out. and no cotton left. you will ask the pva chamois usually touch water will Mildew.

in fact not, because when produce pva chamois will put it into Anti-mildew water, and then packing.

but when use pva chamois towel as a sports towel absorb the sweet and cool towel, maybe perfect, but why Skin allergies? because the factory in order to save cost ,use the plain Anti-mildew water,not use Cosmetic grade Anti-mildew water, the sports towel must use Anti-mildew water Cosmetic grade .

why the pva towel waffles  same and no more waffle for customers choose?

because if customer need make his own waffle shape on towel, it need make new mold, the mold charges about USD 1900 per mold.if big company want his onw waffle on pva towel, it can try.

why only 80cmX34cm, 66cmX43cm, size?

because if customer need 33"X13" size pva towel, factory need make new molds, at least of 60 molds  charges about USD7000.
